What is the process of Powder Brow? Permanent eyebrows also known as microblading, ombre brows, powder brows, and combo brows is a popular permanent makeup treatment that involves inserting pigments beneath the surface layer of the skin. While microblading is done manually using a special hand held blade, most permanent eyebrow techniques are done with a tattoo machine. (Studio Glow does NOT perform microblading.)
